Your packages are processed within 3 to 8 business days. No orders are prepared or shipped during weekends. However, during holiday and Christmas periods, these timelines may be subject to change. For more information regarding delivery times during holiday seasons, please contact me.

Delivery times by La Poste (French postal service):

• For shipments to France, orders are send via "lettre verte" with tracking option, they are typically delivered within 3 business days (indicative timeframe).
• For international shipments via international letter with tracking option, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Shipments within Europe usually take a little over a week for delivery.
• International shipments may take more than 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Please be aware of these timelines.

Once the package is handed over to the postal service, I am no longer responsible for delivery delays.

The prints are carefully wrapped in beautiful tissue paper and reinforced with cardboard to ensure they are sturdy and minimize the risk of damage during transit. They are then placed into a bubble envelope.

Smaller items like stickers are wrapped in tissue paper and inserted into an appropriate paper envelope sized for their format.

Each package is personally wrapped by me with care and attention to detail.

Shipping costs depend on the carrier. They are the ones who set the shipping rates.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
